Ordination of Deacon James Magruder

On Sunday, May 7, 2017 His Beatitude, Metropolitan Tikhon, celebrated the Divine Liturgy at St Andrew Church, Baltimore, Maryland and ordained James Magruder to the Holy Diaconate. Deacon James is a parishioner at St. Andrew’s.  He is a 2003 graduate of St Vladimir's Seminary and a professor of Art History at University of Maryland - Baltimore County. He is married to Matushka Laurel and they have two beautiful children.  May God grant the newly ordained Dn. James and his family, a peaceful life, health, strength, salvation and furtherance in all Godly things and preserve and protect for MANY YEARS!
